Should I dry clean my linens?

We do not recommend dry-cleaning any Bella Notte products. In fact, we pride ourselves on being an easy care luxury line with linens that can be laundered in your own home, according to the instructions on the label.

What detergent do you recommend?

We highly recommend using The Laundress detergents when caring for all of your Bella Notte Linens products. Non-toxic, biodegradable, and allergen free, The Laundress detergents clean effectively yet gently, helping to preserve your Bella items during each wash cycle.

How do you recommend I care for my bedding?

Please peruse our Care Instructions for specifics on how to best care for each of our collections.

Can I iron or steam my Bella Notte linens?

Our products are intended to be easy care, and therefore ironing isn’t necessary. We love the look and feel of lived in linens! Many of our products, however, can be ironed or steamed according to their care instructions. Olivia lace is an exception as it cannot come in contact with heat, and some of our products with rayon or silk content may result in streaks in the velvet pile. When in doubt, refer to sewn-in care label or our Care Instructions page!

How do I care for my inserts?

For best results, professional laundering is recommended. Please refer to the care instructions on the product.

Where can I see products in person?

Please utilize our Store Locator to find a Bella Notte retailer near you. We consider our linens to be an investment for your home (and for a good night’s sleep!), and believe the best way to know the quality and hand of Bella Notte Linens is to experience it in person. If you decide to stop by one of our trusted retail partners to learn more about our products, we encourage you to work with their team and order your new bedding directly from them.

Why isn’t everything from your line available for sale on the website?

At launch, we have selected some of our favorite collections and colors and will slowly add more as we receive feedback from our customers. In the meantime, to access the complete line we highly recommend shopping with one of our trusted retail partners!

Why isn’t every product showcased in the Lookbooks and Lifestyle Inspiration galleries for sale?

At Bella Notte we don’t just photograph our products, we attempt to present lifestyle photography that inspires you and your home decor. We continue to offer these photos to browse despite a color or fabric style having been discontinued. Because our aesthetic remains relaxed and romantic, you are able to create a similar look with current styles and colors.

Where can I find the product dimensions?

Each product page includes sizing information under Description & Details. Dimensions are approximate as natural fibers may stretch or give with time, ironing, and washing. View the Size Guide link on each product page for more information.

Will my inserts fit your product?

You might find that our sizes are more generous than other bedding lines. We recommend purchasing our inserts, which perfectly fit our products. Having said that, our pillowcases and shams should fit most regulation-sized standard and king inserts! When in doubt, check the Size Guide link on the product page.

Where are Bella Notte’s fabrics sourced?

We source our fabrics globally utilizing a variety of beautiful textures from all around the world. This gives our line an international and eclectic aesthetic, and ensures we are receiving the finest quality textiles.

Where are Bella Notte’s products made?

We are proud to design, cut, sew, and dye in the United States from imported fabrics. We have contractors in San Francisco, as well as our very own in-house sewing room. We garment dye each product locally in Novato, California. Click here for a video exploring our Manufacturing Process.

Are items from my order guaranteed to match?

When you place an order, all items within that order are dyed together. Each fabric, be it Velvet, Cotton, or Linen, absorbs the dye with a different saturation – however, dying them together ensures that items from your order emerge from dye in the same harmonic tone.

If I place separate orders, will my items match?

As a part of our unique manufacturing process, dye lots can vary. Items are not guaranteed to match when ordered separately, though our process has been refined over the years so that color variance is minimal.
