Gifts will be awarded by email within 72 hours of an order being placed with us.
We won't spoil the surprise, but we can say that the more you spend, the larger your gift! There are no codes to enter at checkout — all you do is shop!

Great question! Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks and if you want to give the gift of Bella to your loved ones or yourself (no judgement), you'll want to plan early. Domestic shipping is always complimentary and selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout does not guarantee a quicker lead time. Sorry, but we don't dare rush our makers or their craftsmanship — and it's why we have such devoted fans and collectors!

Gifting Bella and not sure they'll like it?
First of all, how could they not? But in the event your (lucky) loved one doesn't love their gift, we offer hassle free returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact. We take the worry out of gifting Bella.
